Appointment Cancellation Policy/Price Increase Please reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so, you will be charged, 50% of the service(s) amount booked. Booking Deposit is nonrefundable if no-show No shows/no calls, will be charged 100% of the service amount booked. Mink Lashes, and Silk Lashes cannot be returned. For sanitary purposes, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. In an unlikely event your item is damaged, we will gladly replace it within 30 days.
